Richmond Leg Breakers Cricket Club

I know that it only seems like yesterday that it was snowing but the sun is now shining and the first class season is under way. Time to get that jock strap out from the bottom of the wash basket and rub linseed oil into your old friend in preparation for our own season.

The nets have been pretty well attended over the winter and for those of you who want some last minute practice there is still a place available this Tuesday. Please let me know if you want to net.

I'm pleased to report that we should have a full fixture list and a tour to Dorset this year, details of which are on the club web site together with an entry form for this year's World Cup 20/20 fantasy cricket competition. The first game of the season is against Surbiton Imperials at Kingston Grammar School in two weeks time so please could you confirm your availability by emailing me or updating the website accordingly by next Sunday, if you have not done so already.

I look forward to seeing you all over the season. There's lots to look forward to so have a fantastic season, Breakers.
